Holiday Inn Express - Williamsburg Busch Gardens Area By Ihg, Williamsburg

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, near the front desk. Among a group of kids staying on the first floor. The service was kind and helpful, but rude when waking us up at 0700 to collect towels. The location was excellent, close to Busch Gardens and other activities, felt clean and inviting. The dining was good but missed the waffles. The facilities were impressive.

The hotel rooms were spacious and offered more lighting options than I've ever seen before, but there were only 2 towels and half a roll of toilet paper when I checked in. The service was excellent, with eager and helpful staff who joked with me during check-in. The location was amazing, perfect for my visit to Busch Gardens, but lacked good restaurant choices within walking distance. The dining experience was above expectations, and the hotel facilities were clean and easily accessible.
